What are Italian cookies called?

Every region has its own: pizzelle, amaretti, brutti ma buoni, baci di dama, biscotti. Our line is a tour of the classics, made from one family's recipes.

Do Italian cookies need to be refrigerated?

Most don't. Our boxed line keeps 60 to 90 days sealed at room temperature. Two fresh ricotta based cookies stay Calgary only because they belong in the fridge.

How long do Italian cookies last?

Pizzelle and biscotti keep up to 90 days sealed; softer cookies 30 to 60 days. Every box is stamped with its date, though they rarely survive the week.

Are your cookies gluten free?

Most of them, naturally. The almond, coconut and meringue traditions never needed flour in the first place. Look for the gluten free badge on each box.
